ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Kinetrix Ltd, we aim to provide a seamless, customer-centred purchasing experience for all products and subscription services. The guidelines below outline how cancellations, changes, and subscription adjustments are managed.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or use subscription services on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that customer needs evolve, and we’ve designed our cancellation processes to be transparent and straightforward.

General Order Cancellation
We aim to process all orders on the same day, or the following business day, after submission. Once a purchase order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel a Subscription

Subscription Plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment period. If the subscription is cancelled before the end of the required period, a cancellation fee will apply.

The cancellation fee will reflect the value of free products received and help prevent misuse of subscription promotional offers.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at team@kinetrixperformance.com or online after logging in to your account.

Effective Date of Subscription Cancellation
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, provided any applicable minimum term has been fulfilled.

Subscription Change-of-Mind Period
“Change-of-mind” cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of subscribing. No cancellation fees apply within this window.

Processed Subscription Orders
Once a subscription order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

FAILED PAYMENTS & BILLING ISSUES

If a subscription renewal payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

Where payment cannot be completed:

  • Subscription delivery may be paused until payment is resolved.
  • We may contact you to request updated billing information.
  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received.
  • If the payment issue remains unresolved, the subscription will be cancelled and any applicable cancellation fees may apply.

ORDER AMENDMENTS

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to modify:

  • Products selected
  • Delivery details
  • Shipping method

To avoid disruption, please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update or amend this Policy from time to time. Any revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on our website.
